India may not be the sports capital of the world, it may not even be among the top 10 countries when it comes to hosting sporting events. But with a large number of sporting leagues emerging in this part of the world, 2017 will be yet another year to look forward to. While cricket will have its share of the spotlight, we hope niche sports have their time in the sun.
